Small village of Sörbyn

Sörbyn located in the northern part of the Boden, about 35 km upstream Råne River valley into the Gulf of Bothnia. The district is old and the river had great significance for Swedish industrialization.

Nature is composed of hilly country with large forest interspersed wetland areas and lots of both lakes and running streams. Flora and fauna is rich which creates opportunities for nature-based activities such as fishing, hunting and adventure.
