Meet Linnéa — an award-winning chef with a love of good ingredients

Linnéa is a chef who, together with her husband Peter, runs the ambitious neighbourhood restaurant Linnéa & Peter in Örnsköldsvik, where genuine ingredients, hospitality and northern Swedish produce take centre stage.

Her cooking is known for its focus on ingredients, clean and distinct flavours and exciting textures, where traditional methods meet inspiration from around the world.

Linnéa was named Stella Chef of the Year 2021 and has twice represented northern Sweden in the TV4 show Kockarnas kamp. In 2018 she went all the way to the final and took an impressive silver.

Now Linnéa comes to Sörbyn Lodge to share her food, her knowledge and her passion for truly good ingredients.
